Regular Support Groups

Wellbeing Circle is held each month in-person at rotating venues or online via Zoom for carers to connect with each other.  Each month is themed to promote an aspect of health and wellbeing.

New Circle connecting parents of children with

disabilities and additional needs, held on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 10am online via Zoom.

Rise Up an uplifting support group for those caring for someone with a mental illness held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm online via Zoom.

Memory Care Cafe afternoon tea at the Hurstbridge Hub aimed at carers and the person they care for with memory loss or impairment on Mondays at 1.30-3pm.  Email rachel.dunn@healthability.org.au to RSVP
