Care to Share Podcast

Carers Gateway


Federally funded support for Carers across Australia. By registering with the Carer Gateway, you will be connected with a new Australia-wide network of Carer Gateway service providers.


Carers Gateway - Connections in Care


CG has launched new In Person Peer Support (IPPS) groups across Victoria, including:

  • Regional groups

  • Neurodivergent group 

  • LGBTQIA+ group

  • Walking group 

  • Dementia groups 

  • Online groups and more…

Carers Australia


Carers Australia is the national peak body representing Australia’s unpaid carers, advocating on their behalf to influence policies and services at a national level.

The statewide voice for family carers, representing and providing support to carers in Victoria.

Health Ability

Nillumbik's Community Health service provider, helping locals to access National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), My Aged Care (MAC) to help navigate pathways get the best care and support you need to live well.



Calm Speak Space

Calm Speak Space, as they have had some availability come free and their books have re-opened for new referrals.  They offered Medicare funded Psychology via telehealth, Bulk Billing for concession card holders and only a $30 gap for all other clients.
