About the event
Facilitated by Carers Victoria and hosted by Living & Learning Nillumbik, you are invited to this free online session where we will explore how writing about your thoughts and feelings can reduce stress and grief and contribute to positive health and wellbeing.
Participants will be invited to share what they’ve written (if they want to) and to talk together about the topic.
Spelling and grammar are unimportant. Participants can just write words, dot points or short sentences as they wish!
