Facilitated by Carers Victoria and hosted by Living & Learning Nillumbik, you are invited to this free online session where we will explore how you can use music to reduce can reduce stress and contribute to positive health and wellbeing.
Music can affect your mood, energy levels and physical health. This workshop will give you tools to choose music that makes you feel good and meets your needs (no solo singing required!).
