Flower Arranging - Introduction for carers

Take some time out and learn how to make your own flower arrangements from our experienced tutor.

Our tutor Jen will be helping us to put together a gorgeous boxed floral arrangement suitable to keep or give on Mother's Day. The aim is to use flowers and foliage from the garden, supplemented with some shop-bought flowers, to create a simple and lovely gift. Jen will bring some flowers and foliage and the sundry bits and pieces. You are asked to bring a pair of snips/secateurs/scissors, and some treasures from the garden (in water) to use and share with others. Think flowers, foliage, fruits, nuts and pods.

This session is for parents or carers to take some time out for themselves and do something fun with others while learning a new skill.
