Are you caring for an older family member or friend and unsure what supports may be available to you as a carer? Or what supports are available to them?
Come along and hear about what supports and services you can access through the Carer Gateway or through the aged care system.
This session will be delivered both in person and online via Zoom. Please indicate which one you would like when you register.
