About the event
Taking care of a loved one is not easy, and often the carer puts their own wellbeing at the bottom of the pile.Principal Psychologist Gino Carrafa will cover theory and offer practical advice, leaving us with useful resources to practice resilience, mindfulness and self-care.Morning tea will be provided, and sessions will be held outside in the garden, weather permitting.This session is being presented in conjunction with Carers Victoria.If you were keen to come along to this free session please book online or call the library on 94343809.
